There are some beautiful free patterns and blocks over at Quilt in a Day. There’s also some great instructions on using their rulers. All are in PDF format, for easy downloading and referencing later.

I downloaded the free quilt pattern for the Autumn/Turkey tablerunner. I would like to know how a person is tofinish the runner when there is no template or directions on how to make the leaf/turkey feathers?thank you in advance.

I don’t have anything to do with the patterns offered on the Quilt in a Day website. I would suggest you contact them for assistance. On my site, Quilting Gallery, I was just letting site visitors know about the free patterns available on their site.

Within the past couple years I have seen in a magazine somewhere a raggedy log cabin quilt!!! I wanted to make 2 of these for my granddaughters for Christmas but cannot find the directions now!! Anyone seen this or am I imagining I saw it!!????
