This is my version of Sarah Vedeler’s Go! BeDazzled quilt. It has 2,000 swarovski crystals, trapunto butterflies, and all of the appliqued embroidery has trapunto as well. It took nine months to make and quilt from start to finish!

Bird of Paradise hand appliqued.
Hand embroidery all over the feathers (feather stitch) around the bird’s head and the flowers are outlined with chain stitch and stem stitch. Machine quilted. I took the design from a flash designed by my tattoist sister!
