	Allie’s Tea Party By: Thearica Burroughs, North Carolina, USA My granddaughter Allie loves to have tea parties! My friend issued a challenge and those who signed on had to make a crazy quilt by the tea party theme. So I made this piece for my granddaughter. It has tons of embroidery on it. 	BeDazzled! By: Lisa Sipes, Colorado, USA This is my version of Sarah Vedeler’s Go! BeDazzled quilt. It has 2,000 swarovski crystals, trapunto butterflies, and all of the appliqued embroidery has trapunto as well. It took nine months to make and quilt from start to finish! 	Behlmer Family Quilt By: Patty, Texas, USA This quilt was made for the Behlmer family with the names of the mother in the middle, and below that a child that had died, then the children surrounding the mother, then the grandchildren and great grandchildren. Quilt size: width: 75" height: 95"
	Bird of Paradise By: Rhianon Taylor, United Kingdom Bird of Paradise hand appliqued. Hand embroidery all over the feathers (feather stitch) around the bird’s head and the flowers are outlined with chain stitch and stem stitch. Machine quilted. I took the design from a flash designed by my tattoist sister! Quilt size: width: 24" height: 31"
	Cockatoo By: Rona Keith, New Zealand This is the first thread-painting quilt I have made. The design was inspired by a photo of a glass mosaic. 	Leaf Day Memories By: Starwood Quilter, Colorado, USA This quilt was created in 2002 in honor of a dear friend who had passed away that year. I collected leaves from special locations all over the country and traced around them. Some leaves are from Ghana, where my oldest son was attending school.
