Alyssa's Quilt Alyssa’s Quilt
By: Alyssa’s Quilt, Nebraska, USA

When my nephew and his wife had their first baby girl, I wanted to make something fun and bright. I had seen a similar quilt in an online group I was in and decided to draw my own fun appliques for the center of the log cabin blocks.

Fun choosing the fabric for outfits, bonnets & socks! This pic shows my MIL is no taller than a baby quilt! :?}

    Thank you to everyone who voted for my quilt, “Avery’s Daisy”. It is an honor to win when so many beautiful quilts were entered. Avery is excited to see her quilt get a prize! Betty Smith, in her comment above, said that Avery is a blessed girl. If you could meet Avery and her sister, Addison, you would see that I am very, very blessed with beautiful, loving granddaughters. It’s a pleasure to make quilts for them and their parents. Thanks again to all!
