Next year I’d like to make him a Pennsylvania Dutch Quilt since he’s from Pennsylvania. Good luck to all that entered this week!

My husband’s favourite colour is red so a red and white quilt would be perfect – any heart motif would have to be very subtle though!! I would include it on the label definitely. We don’t usually celebrate Valentine’s Day. We believe that love is expressed in the daily little things and not one big grand gesture once a year. But it’s still good to have a celebration of loving one another!

I really do not know… I am not very big on that holiday (though I have been able to celebrate it 3 times now with my hubby). He always seems to figure something out, though I am happy with flowers and chocolates. I made him a neck tie this year and he really liked it. I will be making him mire in the future. If we are talking pink, red, and hearts, I would have to say that I would probably make some pot holders and an apron for my sister CH. since she likes to cook, and I make her an apron every year for christmas.
