Patriotic Flags By: SewCalGal, California, USA A friend who is a Veteran, that served during WWII also loves boating and nautical flags, as well as red, white & blue. Semper Fi – Always a Marine By: Roberta Upton, North Carolina, USA This quilt was made for Cpl. Joshua Kerns of Virginia. His mother is a FB friend. He is a wounded veteran-Afghanistan conflict. Both my ex and one of my sons were Marines and they always say “Semper Fi” and “Once a Marine, Always a Marine” so, of course Roberta’s got my vote.
