I would love to join in. Do I have to do one of the quilts above to join in in? I am a N-E-W quilter but I have a quilt pattern I would like to try.

My husband just had 2 heart attacks, then a double by pass done and then ended up having diabetes so I’ve decided that I will e-mail this quilt along to all my friends in my support qroup who have been so kind to us in the last 3 weeks. Calgary is a 3 away from home, while I stayed, again they will get there with my husband I met lots of other wives who also were quilters and they will get an e-mail too. Thanks Pat -I always look forward to your newsletter.

Too bad this is limited to those who tweet, blog, or have Facebook or Twitter accounts. There are other ways of spreading the word, like forwarding it to your friends or mentioning it in one’s on line quilting groups.

I let all of my guild members know about this quilt-along by posting the link on their facebook page today! :) I also posted it on the HGTV Quilter’s facebook page too. Someone is gonna get lucky and win a very nice iron!! I hope it’s me, b/c my husband would die laughing at me if I told him I wanted a new iron – since I rarely iron anything that we wear! lol I do use my iron for quilting and the one I have is about 10 years old.

Thanks again & Love from Indiana! ~bonnie
