Here’s a gorgeous free table runner pattern from Rochelle of Cottage Quilt Designs called Simply Hearts. I think this will be my playing pattern this week. I like the simple design and easy instructions, and would like to give it a try in various scrappy combinations.

Jacquie has created this great tutorial on making a Wonky Log Cabin Block. Tonnes of photos are included making it super-easy to follow along. Definitely a must-try. Great way to use up leftover strips.

Here’s a gorgeous pattern, that made me go WOW when I first opened the file. Sunstreaks by Patrick Lose (he has a blog too).
