Advertise in the Quilter's Cookbook
Recipes, quilts and stories: a perfect combination.
The Quilter's Cookbook is being created as a fundraising effort to help off-set some of the costs associated with running the Quilting Gallery site and to fund new community-based features planned for 2010. Please help support the community!
Advertising in the Quilter's Cookbook is a fabulous opportunity to feature specific products (i.e. books, notions, fabrics, etc.) directly to the quilting community. The Quilter's Cookbook will be available for sale as a downloadable PDF file in early December 2009. Sponsors will also be listed on the web site for additional promotion.
There are two sizes of ads available: business card size (either 2" wide x 3.25" high or 3.25" wide x 2" high) and half-page ads (6.5" wide x 4.25" high). Ads will be clickable in the PDF file linking to your web site or landing page. Download the advertising specifications sheet.
At this point in time, I have no way of knowing how many recipes will be received. My thought is that if 150 recipes are received, the Cookbook will be split into two volumes, sold separately and also as a bundle. The advertising costs are presented below:

Payment, via PayPal, for one volume must be received in advance to book your ad space. If enough recipes are received to warrant additional volumes, I will contact you to see if you wish to advertise in additional volumes.
Prices indicated are in U.S. funds and Canadian residents will be charged 5% GST.
Ads must be submitted in final format as a high quality JPG file or flattened PhotoShop or PDF file. While I don't have great graphical skills, I can provide assistance in creating your ad for an additional fee. Please, if you need assistance, get in touch with me prior to November 23, 2009 November 30, 2009.
All ads must be received by November 26, 2009 December 1, 2009 (earlier preferred in case there are changes that need to be made). Refunds will not be issued for ads not received by the deadline.
