Description
The Common Thread Quilt Guild (CTQG) meets every second Tuesday evening from September to June. The guild has approximately 200 members; guests are welcome to attend meetings for $5.
Meetings feature guest speakers, movies or social events; shop-of-the-month; bring-and-brag; as well as fat-quarter and other draws. A great lending library is available to members before each meeting.
As well as attending these meetings, members can participate in workshops, retreats, challenges as well as the biennial quilt show. The guild is very active in the community, donating hundreds of quilts a year to a number of worthy causes. Members find out what is happening through a monthly newsletter.
