Submit Your Quilt Photo

Use the form below to submit your quilt photo for the Baby Quilts quilt contest.

This is a two-part form. On page two, you will upload your photo in .jpg, .gif or .png format. Your photo will automatically be resized. The minimum size of your photo should be 250px in width or in height. For example, a photo that is 100px x 400px is fine, but one that is 200px x 225px is too small.

Please do not fill out the first page if you do not have your photo ready to be uploaded. One entry per person. You will receive an email confirmation.
