I have long since lost, misplaced, or filed somewhere unknown, the original instructions I had for making a Quillow.

So, imagine my delight when I stumbled across these instructions, How To Make A Quillow. I might just make one for myself now.

I think these Lunch Sack Gift Bags from the All People Quilt web site are adorable.

They are very easy to make, as I made one in an hour or so just before the holidays. It’s still missing its button, however, oops. I didn’t care for the recommendation to use a sew in interface as it shifted too much, and would prefer a heavy-weight iron on instead.

Here is a really cute bag from the All People Quilt web site. It’s created using a quick method for creating hour glass squares. You can add appliquéd embellishments if you like.

A free project by Kaye Wood. This looks like a fun project, with easy to understand instructions and piecing. The finished quilt is beautiful.
