For quilt shops, online quilting retailers, other quilting professionals and retreat facilities the best option is the Quilt Shop Locator.

Two advertising options are available: a basic listing for $2/month and a premium listing for $8/month (less than the cost of a yard of fabric at most shops).

With a premium listing, you can enter more information about your shop including unlimited photos. Your shop ad also gets priority exposure throughout the Quilting Gallery site including the very popular Quilting Bloggers directory.

Option 2 – Quilter’s Market

Quilter’s Market is a simple and inexpensive way for designers, authors, publishers and distributors to promote their quilting products directly to quilters from around the world.

Option 3 – 125px Square Banners

Square 125×125 ads are placed in the sidebar on every page of the site (except Quilt Shop Locator and Quilter’s Market). Limited to six spots per month.

Option 4 – Quilting Gallery Blog

468×60 banner ad on Quilting Gallery blog single pages, and at the top of archive pages (not on the home page). Limited to one spot per month.

Option 5 – Quilting Bloggers Directory

468×60 banner ad on all Quilting Bloggers search pages (this gets a lot of traffic). Two ad placements are available on these pages, one at the top of the page and the other 1/2 way through the search results (on pages with more than 6 results). Top spot is also featured on the main page of this section too.

Rate: $100/month for top spot - Sold out for February-August 2010
$75/month for middle page spot - Available

Option 6 – Quilting Gallery Blog Comments

468×60 banner ad on all Quilting Gallery blog single pages, just above the comments area. Limited to one spot per month.

Rate: $60/month - Available

Option 7 – Top Header

468×60 banner ad appearing in the top header on all pages of the site. This ad spot appears on every page of the site.

Rate: $200/month ($500 for three months pre-paid) - Sold out for 2010

Option 8 – Quilting Gallery Home Page

Two 468×60 banner ad spots are available on the Quilting Gallery home page. The first one appears above the fold, underneath the welcome message, before the “latest from the blog” posts. The second spot appears underneath the blog posts.

Rates: $100/month for top spot - Sold out for March-August 2010
$75/month for second spot - Available

If combined with Options 3, 4 or 5 above, rate is reduced by $25/month

Option 9 – Quilter’s Forum

Two 468×60 banner ad spots are available on the Quilter’s Forum pages. One at the top and another at the bottom of each page within this section.

$40/month for bottom spot - Available

No animated graphics are permitted for the 468×60 banner ads.
Final ads in JPG or GIF format are provided by you.
