Wanted: Flying Geese Quilts for Show & Tell

Quilters' Show & Tell

WANTED: Your Flying Geese Quilts for this week’s Quilters’ Show & Tell. Your quilt does not have to be made up entirely of flying geese, but they should play a prominent role in the design. Any size or shape of is acceptable and unfinished quilts are welcome as well. Please don’t submit a quilt you’ve already entered in the past… let’s see something different!

To enter: Submit your photo before Friday, September 27th, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. (EDT). If you are new here, please also read the Guidelines for additional information.

To sponsor a weekly Quilters’ Show and Tell event, please send me an email and I’ll send you the information package. There are only a few dates left for 2013:

Thanks to everyone that entered and voted for last week’s Quilts for Teens event. Here are the winners:

Guest Judge

Jenny from Jenny H. Quilts was our guest judge and she awarded her 100 bonus points as follows:

40 points – Bubbles – 40 + 98 = 138 points
30 points – Orange Crush – 30 + 86 = 116 points
30 points – Rock On – 30 + 52 = 82 points


The top two winning quilts, decided by guest judge bonus points and community votes are: Bubbles by Cory Wilkins which received 138 votes.


And Orange Crush by Karen H which received 116 votes.

    Still can’t see this weeks flying geese quilts I go into show and tell but can only see last weeks entry and the blogs go no where thanks pat

    Just wondering I f you got my submission, as I can’t see any guilts for the flying geese guilts? Maybe I’m just too early for the photos to show up.

    I waited until 8am and then some LOL now it’s 2:00 cst and I still can’t find the contest
    I want to be able to share with my friends and my granddaughter whom I made this quilt for
