A Mosaic for Rose A Mosaic for Rose
By: Nicole Hannah, British Columbia, Canada

My daughter is somewhat enamoured of purple and pink so when I saw “Garden Path” by Meera for Camelot Fabrics, I knew I had to do something special with it. I came up with this design and draughted it all myself. This quilt was made for Rosie to celebrate being 5 and moving into a twin bed.

Argyle Mug Rug Argyle Mug Rug
By: ellesquare, Indiana, USA

I made this mug rug for a swap where I had to get to know the person by her flickr stream, and then design and create something she’d like. Our styles were quite different and this is what I came up with. The handstitching was really fun and challenging, and I’m so happy I took the time to do it.
