I don&#039;t have the pattern in front of me right now, so you&#039;ll need to check it to see what it says. Here&#039;s what you do. You have your blocks of fabric in front of you.  Make the first cut in your stack of blocks.  Then, as indicated in the pattern, move fabric from one of the sides of the cut pieces to the bottom of that pile. The pattern will indicate which side of the blocks to switch and how many pieces of fabric get moved to the bottom.
