    lovelywork

  2. Gloria says:

Glad to see venues like this for the average quilters to submit their work

  3. Laura Burton says:

The quilts are beautiful. I am trying to figure a way to decorate using quilts as the focal point of the room.

  4. Debra Devine says:

So many creative and beautiful quilts! Very hard to pick one~

  5. Dena says:

Everyone did a great job on this challenge and it was difficult to select just one from each category. Good luck to all of you.

  6. Gail Schulze says:

I couldn’t tell how to vote! I clicked on the blue line under the name of the quilt, but couldn’t tell if it registered. Help!!

  7. Mishka says:

    Gail,

If you’re seeing the blue line, that means someone already voted from your IP address. Perhaps a co-worker?

In order to control the vote as best as possible, each IP address can only vote once. Unfortunately, if you share an IP address with someone else, you may not be able to vote.

That said, check back in a few days, you might have a new IP address and can vote at that time. Technology, we love it and hate it some days.

    Cheers,
    Michele

  8. KL says:

    wonderful and fun work.
However, perhaps the best tutorial on how not to photograph your quilts. It is always good to make it square in the camera frame, no extra background, and no shadows of trees or your body.
The photo makes the quilt in a competition, not all the hidden knots, and fancy hand work.

  9. dee says:

The competitors all appear to be extremely talented; their work(s) are beautiful and anyone would be pleased to own/display them.

  10. [...] I entered a piece named Happiness in an online contest called Nature's Best. This is in the small projects category and I would love to win. Vote for me, vote Happiness, please? [...]

  11. Rosalind says:

FOREST GIANT – We love Anne’s amazing artwork, it looks just like a painting! We did not realise that Quilting could look so FANTASTIC …….. good luck Anne
Roz, Mike and Coral Baker (on the Isle of Wight, England)

  12. Deborah says:

Please vote for SWIMMING WTH THE FISH! Would love to win this contest!!!!! I am in the small quilt category!
    Thank you!

  13. [...] one of the quilts entered in the Small Quilts category for the Nature’s Best Quilt Contest had to be disqualified due to it exceeding the size limitations for that [...]

  14. Deborah says:

Please vote for FOREST GIANT… she has submitted a gorgeous quilt and it deserves to win!

  15. Vivian says:

I cannot get over what incredible work each and every quilt entered is.
