You use the Warm and Natural Cotton Batting, and It has to be 100% cotton thread, in coats and clark it is the Yellow spools. It also has to be 100% cotton, anything else will burn.

Hope this is helpful :D

Also. you don't poke holes in the potato, wash it, leave it wet, and even put the bad under the water, and throw it in the microwave for 12 min.

I was looking for instructions for how to bake a potato in the microwave. Your recipe was the best. Thanks for reminding us that a simple thing done well is a little bit of heaven.

I found out my wife has never had a potoato cooked in the oven without being wrapped in tinfoil - thus never a crispy skin llike we had last night.

Hi ladies!

The key is to use 100% cotton fabrics with 100% cotton batting. The poly batting can cause some problems. I haven't had any trouble heating in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.

Enjoy! :)

You have to use the cotton batting, the polyester batting will burn. I was going to make this and haven't had time, so ... I questioned all those who make them. It is the flat cotton batting.

I don't know, does anyone have any experience with this?

I would think 100% cotton quilter's fabric (washed of course) would have been fine. I haven't personally tried it yet.

Another website had a similar item and removed it from the site because the bag could burn in the microwave. How do you choose the fabric so it will not burn?
