How to Make a Fabric Charging Basket

Personally, I don’t need a charging basket, but I can always use baskets for other purposes. I plan to make up a bunch of these for gifts. I’ll move up the hole cut out area to make it a handle and add another one on the other side, or come up with something entirely different. Any ideas or suggestions?
