Heart Blocks

Here’s a great way to make a design using small squares, Heart Blocks. The technique described is to lay all the pieces out on fused paper, iron them to the backing, then sew the seams. I tell ya, this would have been the smarter way to make my Home Sweet Home hanging, as I founght constantly with my machine eating the tiny pieces.
Have you tried this technique before? Let me know your thoughts, I’m intrigued, yet away from my sewing area for a while before I can give it a try.
